How do I return an item I don't like?

How long will it take for my order to be shipped ?
Once your order is placed, it usually takes 2-3 business days for production, as each item is custom-made just for you. After production, shipping times will vary based on your location, but generally, it takes an additional 4-5 business days for domestic orders and 8-10 business days for international orders. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is Placed.
How will I receive my eBook purchase?
Once you purchase an eBook from our store, you will receive a download link via email. The link will allow you to instantly download your eBook in a format that can be viewed on any device. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder, and if you still can’t find it, contact our support team for assistance.
What should I do if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We typically process orders within 24 hours, so if your order hasn't entered production, we may be able to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, once an order is in production, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
Can I change the design after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, we cannot modify the design after the order has been processed.
